I’m 25 years old, a young mom with a deep passion for the world of children. When my little one was born, I discovered the BLW (Baby Led Weaning) method and instantly fell in love with it. Driven by curiosity and a love for this approach, I began a journey of study and specific training, in addition to my hands-on experience as a mom. With calm, awareness, and growing knowledge, I learned how to approach weaning in a serene and natural way, always respecting my baby’s pace and needs. How much time do I have to watch the course?

The video course is yours forever, so you have all the time to start watching it calmly from 4/5 months of your baby's life onwards.

Can I do BLW if my baby doesn't have teeth yet?

Yes! Even without teeth, babies can "chew" with their gums, which are very strong. Just choose well-cooked, soft and easy-to-mash foods.

Is BLW safe? Is there a risk of choking?

If done correctly, BLW is safe. It is essential to offer properly cut foods, avoid dangerous foods (all explained in the video course), always supervise the child while eating.

At what age can BLW be started?

BLW can begin around 6 months, when the child is able to sit alone, has lost the extrusion reflex (pushing food out with the tongue) and shows interest in adult food.
